Dear Sirs,
KLINGER BRAKE LINING.
We thank you for your letter of the 7th February and note your remarks concerning the characteristics required by you in a brake lining material.
In common with other Manufacturers, Research work is being conducted to improve the physical qualities of our material, and therefore your remarks are being passed to the respective department.
We greatly appreciate the trouble you have taken in this matter, and should we at a later date be able to supply a material more exactly in accordance with your specification, we hope you will then be able to make further tests.
Yours faithfully,
RICHARD KLINGER, LTD.
