With reference to the two barrels of Castrol K.L Motor Oil recently ordered for despatch direct to Mr.Lidsey, Chateauroux, France, we have this morning received a letter from Messrs.C.C.Wakefield & Co.Ld. which reads as follows:-

"We have to acknowledge receipt of your letter "of the 11th inst, relative to the question of the 2 "barrels of Castrol "XL" required for delivery to "Chateauroux, France. In this connection you will have "received our telegram of the 11th, together with our "covering letter of the same date, advising you that we "had cabled our Paris Office to trace forward the two "barrels of "XL" in question. Our Paris house has advised "us that the matter has been given their very careful "attention, but no doubt ere this, the oil in question "will have been received by Mr.Lidsey.

"Note has been taken of your desire to purchase "your future requirements for Chateauroux direct from our "Paris Office. In consequence, you will no doubt wish "to communicate with our Paris Office, whose address is:-"

"Messrs.Societe Anonyme des Huiles Castrol,
58, Rue de Londres,
PARIS."

We shall be pleased to receive [REDACTED] instructions at your early convenience.
