Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of Jan. 25th. and have noted with interest the quotation therein. We enclose herewith a print of our drawing EW.1633 which shows the final bend and which you will see is very nearly identical with drawing Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}492 which you have. We are anxious to obtain samples of this bend with two plies of canvas in your 1633.K. quality. If these are satisfactory we shall definitely standardise them. We are accordingly requesting our Order Office to place an order for 100 of these hose connections with you (61/7d. per 100, part cost of plant £2. 0s. 0d.) and would like to receive sample hose connections at the earliest possible moment.
