Bailey - Chief Engineer} to be due to faulty lubrication, and special instructions have been issued to Depots as to the correct method of packing the Axle with Ball Bearing grease. Cricklewood, however, consider that the trouble is due to the Wheel Bearings being fitted too tight on the Pivot Axle. Springing Complaints. | W. 8. N. 5. P. 3. Total 16. Last qtr's total 48. | No definite cure. Cannot hope to make a specification to suit everybody. Something we can never hope to cure absolutely on present design.
