Dear Mr. Constantine,

Harrison Radiator Cores.

Thank you for your letter of December 14th.

I cannot trace a letter from Harrisons where they asked us whether we are going to take a licence for the manufacture of their Radiator or not. On the other hand I did discuss this matter with them whilst I was in America, and sent details of plant required etc. back to the Works.

As the position stands at present, Marstons of Wolverhampton are manufacturing a core very similar to the Harrison and are actually supplying our production requirements. Naturally our production is so small that if we can get somebody else to make these radiators we do not want to do it ourselves. We had hoped that AC-Sphinx would be going into production with these radiators, but at present have heard nothing on the subject.

I expect to be in London in the New Year and hope I may get a chance of lunching with you.
