Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/LG17.7.25. the car we propose to loan to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} is a Phan om - 98-NK - fitted with Barker Open Touring body. The experimental pieces which will be fitted to it will be in connection with steering, modified silencer, water heated induction in place of exhaust heated, and modified throttle control.
