We regret the undue delay in returning this jack to you, but it appears that it was inadvertently despatched by your goodselves to Messrs. R.T.Shelley Ltd. We shall be pleased to hear from you that the jack in question is now satisfactory and if there is any further alteration which you may require, we shall be very pleased to carry this out on receipt of your instructions.
