DERBY.

Dear Mr. Robotham,

Mr. Kilborn and Mr. Hewitt join with me in expressing our gratitude to you for the courtesy and hospitality extended to us during our visit to your Works last Wednesday, and for the facilities granted to us then of obtaining data regarding the cornering powers of our own and competitive tyres on your "skid-pan".

We would be glad to have, at your convenience, the detailed results obtained during these tests and when we complete our repeat tests on the road with the same tyres fitted to our Pontiac car we will send detailed results to you.

Yours sincerely,
THE AVON INDIA RUBBER CO. LTD.,
