W. Lyons, Esq.,
S.S. Cars Ltd.,
Holbrook Lane,
COVENTRY.

Dear Mr. Lyons,

I have been looking through some of the information on firing after switching off.

If you have a scrap cylinder head casting which you could let me have, I would like to examine it and I might possibly give you some assistance in the matter.

Can you tell me what your 3 1/2-litre crank-shaft weighs before you start machining it?

Yours sincerely,
