Dear Sir,

As arranged on our visit to your works, I am sending herewith a set of prints of the main and conn rod bearings on the 3 1/2 Litre, Sketch Nos.283,284,285,286,287 and 288, in order that you may obtain sample aluminium bearings as promised.

With reference to the valve spring wire, I seem to have lost the name of your suppliers, whom you said would let us have sample springs in Chrome Vanadium Steel. I should be pleased if you would let me know this.

Thanking you for your assistance.

Yours faithfully,
