Query regarding a proposed modification to 20 HP, 19' rim wheels to replicate the specifications of the Phantom.

Dunlop to produce the 4th. set of 20 HP. wheels 19" rims with the rim offset 1.00" further from the hub than normal to reproduce the 1.75" out of centre point of the Phantom.
