Query regarding a proposed modification for 20 HP 19' rim wheels to match the offset of the Phantom model.

Dunlop to produce the 4th. set of 20 HP. wheels 19" rims with the rim offset 1.00" further from the hub than normal to reproduce the 1.75" out of centre point of the Phantom. Herewith blue print of proposed modification. Will you please say if you can foresee any troubles if they make these.
