Short cylinder inserts to be fitted as follows:-

Cyl. Nos. 1 & 2. Standard bores (no insert)
" " 3 & 4 MARK A.101 (Std. material but in short liner form.)
" " 5 & 6 MARK A.105 (Ditto. with covered chills)

Pistons: EW.2121. (Raised crown split skirt.)


W.X.A.2 (Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}' Car).

Conditions exactly as Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car except that pistons to have raised crowns.

Pistons: EB.4587. (P.452.)


B.50.LS. (Lp{Mr Lappin}'s car).

.25% Chrome block (existing).

Pistons.
Nos. 1, 3 & 5. EB.3916.
" 2, 4 & 6. EB.2844.


27.G.VI. (W.III No.6 Unit) (Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}'s car).

Short cylinder inserts to be fitted as follows:-

Cyl. Nos. 1 & 2. Standard bores (No insert)
" " 3 & 4 MARK A.103 (Ni.Ch.Mo. as sent to GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} in block form.)
" " 5 & 6 Hichrome (Brico).

Pistons.
Nos. 1, 3 & 5 EW.2121.
