We want to raise the oil level in all the
hydraulic shock absorbers on our experimental Phantom
11 cars by .750".

Will you please, therefore, shorten all the
stand pipes by this amount at the same time venting the
damper as on 24-EX.

After this alteration the damper should be
examined for leaks at fixed intervals.
