Re. QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.
----------------------

In the last return, on the question of the
Exhaust System, you will note that we have received a
very large number of complaints, and have done so now for
some considerable time past. The remark against these
items is that the job generally requires further improving,
that silencers generally have a short life and that the
Expl. Dept. are now investigating.

I shall be glad if you will please let me know
how this matter is progressing and if we are likely to have
a cure in the near future.

C.
