To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} O.{Mr Oldham} to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wat. List 600 Wraith 24-G-VI. This is to inform you that the new type wind tone horns W.T.23 recently fitted to the above car are not so effective at high speeds as the previous type of horn fitted. They are of a deeper tone and pleasant for town use, but not sufficiently piercing to give audible warning to other road users at a reasonable distance at high speeds.
