Messrs. Thomas Firth & John Brown Ltd.,
Spring Dept.
Tinsley Works,
Sheffield.

For the attention of Mr. Porter.

Dear Sirs,

Referring to the spring RB.{R. Bowen}2171 fitted with your special clips, I am arranging for us to fit up some type of jacking pad, and hope to have these springs fitted to a Bentley going to France.

The alternative arrangement of sending the springs back for fitting jacking pads would cause too much delay.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
