FUEL SYSTEMS.
We should try out, on any new car, the vacuum cum fuel pump of the A.C. type, particularly where the under bonnet temperatures are low. This permits of vacuum screen wipers.

CARBURETTERS.
We should try out the merits of the Duplex Carburetter on six cylinder engines. We still think that we are paying too much for the Stromberg fitted to the 25/30.

REAR AXLES.
We should at least make and test a rear axle of the semi-floating type. We should test taper roller bearings for the hubs. Our existing type is too heavy.

BRAKES.
We should investigate the latest American self-servoing shoes. These give remarkably light pedal pressure and appear to be very consistent in operation. They provide a means of dispensing with a servo motor. American brakes are less prone to squeak than those produced in England. This requires investigation. The drum cast on to a pressed steel back plate, now used almost universally in the States, should be investigated to see if we can manufacture, and if so, what cost saving.

ACCESSORIES.
We think that it is time we re-considered vacuum operated screen wipers. We should try out the latest outside aerial for wireless.
