Dear Sirs, 12 volt lamp bulbs S.7168.

Concerning a recent batch of one dozen S.7168 12/14 volt 6 watt BAS.10 double contact bulbs which we recently received from you as per our Order No. 10345 of the 16th inst. we have found that these appear to be of incorrect voltage. A number of these having burnt out prematurely, we made a test in which one was lighted at exactly 13.5 volts and burnt out after half an hour. There now remain only 7 of the dozen lamps and we would like to have your remarks as we fear to use the remainder as a result of their probable life being far too short.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
