B.4. Brake Linkage.

Direct operation to 4 wheels.

Herewith is N. Sch.3869, arrangement of servo and linkage to enable all four brakes to be pulled up by foot, on Bentley.

As this scheme is similar to N. Sch.3817, arrangement for J.3. but requires modification to that scheme to make it suitable for Bentley, and as it can be applied practically intact to J.3. we suggest that N. Sch. 3817 should be superseded by this new arrangement for J.3.

We have shewn the adaptation required to do this on N. Sch.3873, following immediately.

N. Sch.3869 can also be applied practically unaltered, to the 20/25 HP.
