In answer to your letter of the 5th of this month, we shall be very glad for you to make use of our cold room. Unfortunately, just at the moment we are having to replace the condenser and we are afraid that this will not be completed before the end of next week. We are sorry for the delay this will mean and trust that this will not greatly inconvenience you. We are doing our best to have the work finished as soon as possible, and we will write you again as soon as we can say definitely when the room will be available.
