X 4273 To EY. from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} To Mr. Brock. EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 3/T12.9.23. X.4273 X.3445. RE IGNITION COIL When we have completed the primary winding production test of a number of coil primaries we have with us at the moment, we consider we shall have put a sufficient number of these through our special test without failure, to indicate that this test, with the improved method of insulated winding, is not further necessary. If Ey. thinks it is desirable, however, we can continue to test, just as a check, say one coil in every dozen produced. Otherwise it is desirable not to receive any more of these coil primaries for test. It will be agreed that such a test should not be necessary, once we have got the insulation right. EFC. {E.
