Please make the following the fifth item on the Works Agenda, for the conference at the Midland Hotel, on the 18th inst:-

" Reference Minute 2 of 14/8/20, Paragraph 2. - We are strongly of the opinion that the first essential, in order to obtain good results, is a sympathetic atmosphere in America, and this at the moment we feel we have certainly not got. "
