EO.6 Type Watford Magnetos RECEIVED

Upon receipt of By/Cgh{W Clough}8/G11.10.26, we wrote North & Sons Ltd. informing them that our Experimental Dept. have found that the cast aluminium cover for armature as fitted in EO.6 magnetos 89458 and 89479 reduces the noise and is preferable to the sheet metal cover, and asked them to send us as soon as possible another EO.6 magneto with special cover for armature and modified pick-up, exactly like the two magnetos referred to above.

They have now written stating that a magneto with special cover for the armature and a modified pick-up was sent to us on 21st ult. under their invoice 135362, the number of the magneto being 94225.

I understand that this magneto duly arrived here and has been handed to EFC.
