Dear Sirs, In accordance with arrangements made with Mr. Blackith when he visited these Works last week, the writer proposes to visit your Works to-morrow, Wednesday, and we should like you to test three cylinder blocks for us on your profileograph. If it is at all inconvenient to visit you to-morrow, will you please let the writer know by 9.30 a.m. to-morrow. If you telephone, the extension No. is 138.
