Accelerator Pedal. You will note from yesterday's Daily Report that we have fitted a rubber on stop for the accelerator pedal with beneficial results. There is a quadrant which limits the travel of the pedal, which has a metal stop one end and rubber the other. What we have done is borrowed the rubber from the top and fitted it at the bottom end. It means that we now have a bad click on release which emphasises the value of the rubber off stop. Could you please send us another rubber stop. Actually, this rubber is hardly robust enough for use in the on position. We think that a modified design incorporating a rubber on stop would be well merited for production. --------- Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M.
