S/W. To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Lp.{Mr Lappin} Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} X5530 LpS/LAM.30.10.33. Re: WILCOX RICH CORPORATION. The following is a copy of a letter which I have received this morning from Mr. Jardine:- "I am leaving rather hurriedly for Paris, but will be back towards the end of the week. In reply to my cable about the hydraulic tappets, I am told that details and a sample are being mailed me, but they also suggest that if you will give us enough details of your engine to cover the tappet installation they will make a layout as they would suggest making it which you could compare with whatever you work out and possibly by doing that assure yourselves of the minimum number of changes in the experimental layout. These can be mailed direct to:- Wilcox Rich Corporation, 9771 French Road, DETROIT, U.S.A.. or to me at Park Lane Hotel here. " (Signed) Robt. Jardine. This is sent for your information and action, please. Lp.{Mr Lappin} | ||
