Re: Oil consumption on Bentley cars. ------------------------------------ Amongst those owners who criticise the engine oil consumption on Bentley cars there are some who complain that they cannot carry out a reasonably long trip such as a week-end run of 500/600 miles or a single long test run to Scotland without replenishing the sump once or twice. C. has asked me to ascertain whether it is possible either to have a higher level of oil in the sump or to increase the capacity in the sump in some reasonable way.
