In the above tests the heads the carbon should not be cleaned off as the detonation trouble is a complaint after the car has had extensive running.

The idea of the test is to try to avoid using Ethyl on account of plug failures.

1.B.IV.

A large capacity Helical gear pump Lec.4288 has been fitted to the above car in order to note any failure of oil pressure after braking.
