Messrs.Joseph Lucas, Ltd.,
Great King Street,
Birmingham, 19.

For the attention of Mr.R.N.Neill.

Dear Sir,

Referring to my conversation with you at your Works regarding the proposed modifications to the P.100 headlamp I am enclosing herewith a small R.R.Badge for your attention. Although we do not as a rule favour the inclusion of monograms on our headlamps I feel that this small R.R. enclosed in a shield in the centre of the lamp would look attractive. I suggest therefore that on the sample lamp you make up you include this R.R. in the first instance.

I should be interested to know when you will beable to show me a sample headlamp in a more or less final form.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
