With reference to BY4/H13.12.26.

The more experience we have with the hydraulic dampers, the better we like them. We think there is no doubt that they are a definite advantage. R.{Sir Henry Royce} is also very keen on them.

In view of this, we recommend that we put it up to BJ. to say whether they are prepared to make scrap in order to bring these in.
