Dear Sirs,

Your Order No. 63686.

We thank you for your letter of the 11th inst., and have now received the fan you returned for credit.

It appears that an error was made in the amount of our invoice which covered both the fan and the motor, and to adjust this figure and also to include the amount to be credited for the fan, we enclose our credit note for £2. 10. 0d. in settlement.

We trust you will be agreeable to this arrangement.

Yours faithfully,
THE BRITISH THERMOSTAT CO., LTD.

W. Lund.
