SPECIFICATION OF COACHWORK FOR 33.G.V11.-
SILVER DAWN 80.

Four Door, Four Light Saloon
with Division.

Chassis. 10' 10" wheelbase, with radiator and
bonnet of 30.G.V11. Wheels 7 x 16 steel.
One spare wheel on offside.

Coachwork. Four Door, Four Light Saloon with
Division, see PD.463. The interior
dimensions of this body have been made
the same as those of the B.50 mock-up.

Construction. Body constructed in wood and aluminium
based on the original Bentley construction.
This is now justified in view of the
immensely increased frame rigidity.

Front Wings. Alum, same as 30.G.V11.

Rear Wings. Alum, same as 30.G.V11, filler in nearside
rear wing.

Stone Shield. Latest approved pattern.

Doors. To be as thin as possible. Front doors
hinged on centre pillar, and rear door
on rear pillar, all by external hinges
with stainless steel pins. Interior
handles on the lock spindle. Quick-lift
lever control to the driver's window.
All windows of Lancegaye glass 3/16" thick.
Everall locks, private lock to nearside
doors. B.5. type ventilators.

Screen. To open and of Triplex glass 3/16"
Laminated with central control. To be
free from flap when open, with re-
inforced frame and hinges.

Sunshine Roof. Of the latest pattern, special precautions
to be taken to avoid leakage of water,
wind noises and rattles.
