c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/PD. De. 1025 CONFIDENTIAL. 21st. June 1939. BY.4/N. Messrs. Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. Dear Sir, Re: Silver Dawn 80 - 33.G.Vll. Four Door Saloon with Division. We enclose herewith a blueprint of FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}463, shewing the coachwork of the above car, and also a complete specification. We would be glad if you would put in hand the full-size drawing immediately, and give us a provisional delivery date, on the supposition that you receive the chassis when required. We would like a stuck-on chromium moulding. The chassis may be regarded as a B.50 to which has been fitted a bent front pan, radiator and bonnet belonging to 30.G.Vll. The body has the interior dimensions in general of the B.50 mock-up, but has special exterior architecture. An official order will be sent in due course. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS. | ||
