Y4426. To D {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} /BP; from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to EP. {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 4/LG29.5.24. RE. 40/50 HP. CHASSIS 86-LK. {L. King} Captain Foljambe. We should say, the reason our standard Hartford Shock Absorber broke on this car was owing to the fact that it was adjusted too tightly. We do not recommend much load on the shock absorbers. It is for this reason that we do not recommend the 'Duplex'. We are not sure that the 'Duplex' will fit on without fouling the petrol tank. We have no objection to the 'Duplex', except that it may encourage customers to set the shock absorbers too tightly. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} MADE AT CROXLEY | ||
