We have to acknowledge receipt of your esteemed letter of the 24th instant, addressed for the attention of our Mr. Armitage, for which please accept our thanks. Your remarks are appreciated, and we are arranging to obtain special thrust springs 150/155-lbs (coloured red) and immediately you return the two 11.C.F. assemblies we will arrange for the stronger springs to be incorporated. So that we may record this change we have allocated specification number BB.472 to the clutch incorporating the red springs, and attach hereto tentative Recommendation Sheet. No doubt at your earliest convenience you will arrange for complete details to be entered one of the enclosed blank sheets so that we may be fully informed of this application.
