For the attention of Mr. H.W. Edmundson.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 24th. Jan. also for the sample bulbs which you have kindly made up for our test. We have handed these over to our Mr. Dodd who will try them out as soon as possible. The 'Yuel' bulb with the three pin cap, is the type, as used on the Continent. We thank you for offering to make up some of this type but we would rather before going any further, complete the tests on the two pin cap type bulb. Thanking you for your kind attention in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
