Further to our memo of the 21st. ulto., reference G/WFH/CA.15/MG, asking you to give Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} instructions to issue an order to Joseph Lucas Ltd. to cover an invoice we have from them for 24 - 12 volt 48 watt No.88 Bulbs at 6/-d each, less 47½%. You gave these instructions on the 24th ulto., as per memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs}11/JH but owing to your memo not bearing the information that the Bulbs had already been delivered, the order also did not have this information and Joseph Lucas Ltd. have therefore supplied another 24 Bulbs. Kindly let us know as soon as possible if you are keeping all the 48. G/WFH. | ||
