Re Radiator Hose from Phantom lll.

This hose was submitted as suffering from softening of the rubber inside.

We subjected the inside of this hose to the action of a suitable solvent and extracted from it 5 grammes of oily matter. It should be understood, however, that, more may have been present, depending on the length of time extraction was allowed to proceed.
