Re tests on SJ Battery (172)

This Battery was removed from 9EX for bench tests, & on a low rate discharge being taken through an invariable external resistance of 1.80w on 39.6 ampere hours were realised.
All cells shewed positive weakness on the badmium & all had an equal capacity both the Fuller & Oldham cells.
After a full charge, it was given a high rate discharge through an invariable external resistance of .100 w & the
Initial amperes = 99.0
Time to 90 " = 6.7 min
" " 80 " = 9.5 "
