We are sending you a rubber suspension on the lines of P.2. for the 20 HP. and from our present views on the subject this is about as far as we can go in practice as regards engine suspension. We must look forward to making the engine smoother in its turning and reactions. We cannot afford to abandon the engine as a means of stiffening the frame. There seems no alternative but to use the engine. If we cannot do anything further to the engine and the mounting we shall be forced to provide an easily available and silent 3rd. speed so as to avoid very high and very low engine speeds.
