Re: Exhaust Heated Carburetter for "Phantom II". With reference to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}20/E28.10.29, I saw Oy. yesterday, and he asked me to arrange for the "Phantom II" chassis they have ordered, to be shipped when they are off test, PROVIDED we would agree that the new parts for the exhaust heated carburetter should be sent forward as soon as possible, free of charge, to the American Company. Before "C" will authorise this arrangement, he wishes to know what cost will be involved in supplying the new parts referred to, whether there will be any difficulty in fitting them in America, and when they are likely to be available to send to America.
