(Dict. 20th.)

Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter of the 2nd May, we think you would wish to have a copy of our drawing CDS.1687, which is enclosed.

This drawing shows an arrangement for the substitution of Dunlop 6.00F-16" rims in 10 gauge material on your own 5.00x16 plain disc wheel, part number GB.3872, and is the rim/which we are suggesting for use in conjunction with narrow angle and Stabilia tyre equipment.

On the assumption that the existing 5.00x16 rim is of similar proportion to the Dunlop rim of the same size, we estimate an increase in weight of 1-lb 7-ozs.

You may wish to submit this print to your wheel Suppliers and obtain their confirmation that the land of their disc can be suitably applied to the Dunlop light weight rim, and we can advise you that the diameter of our rim, from the inside of the well, will be 13.389", on the top limit.

We would be very appreciative of your agreement to our proposals when you have had an opportunity of considering them.

Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO., LTD.
