11 or 12 Tooth Axles.

I now see no objection to adopting 11-tooth axles on all 20's. They are not now more difficult to make silent than 12-tooth.

We have 8 or 9 12-tooth axles at the present time and we should like to use these up, because quiet axles are never too easy to obtain, but in future we could definitely decide all 11-tooth axles.

Please let me have your instructions.
