LAPPING OF HARDENED PARTS.

---------------------------

Further to my previous note, I would like to point out that the lapping process is well worth while from the point of view of money expenditure, as it should undoubtedly help us to cheapen production on the following items :-

1/- Side shaft gears.
2/- Helical gears for quiet third.
3/- Timing gears.
4/- Pinion and wheel on both chassis for starter.
5/- Clutch coupling, serrated type, both chassis.
6/- Aero engine transmission pieces from crank to pinion.
7/- xxxxxxxxxkx and even possibly aero engine reduction gears.
