Dear Sirs,

Re :- Bracket carrying dipping mechanism on P.100 Lamps.

In October last year we returned to you a broken bracket with various suggestions,and received your reply on the 19th.informing us that you would look into the matter.

As we have now had a recurrence of this trouble we shall be pleased to know what action,if any,has been taken to modify the design of the bracket which failed.
