It is fitted with the following new parts - New parts fitted. | Remarks. 1. Michelin Disc Wheels. - front and rear. X.3402. | These wheels have centre point steering. The steering feels unstable; we may be able to have more lean on the pivots with advantage. 2. New type rear shock absorbers, with all latest modifications. X.3461.b. | Set to 75 lbs. load on the maximum stage. 3. Gleason Skew Bevels. X.3612. | Axle not very good to silence. We feel we have upset it by dismantling it ot fit oil retaining baffles. 4. Oil retaining baffles in axle. X.3532. | To prevent oil getting on to the rear brakes. 5. Oil retaining ring solid with clutch ring. X.3657. | This does away with the loose aluminium ring. 6.
