We therefore thought it best to hold up the first account so that you could consider the matter further in view of the foregoing, and decide what total amount of work should be chargeable to Mr. Mays. As soon as our work is completed we will submit the detailed estimate to you for your consideration. As a matter of interest we would add that the clutch was fitted with Thermoid linings in July, and they have run 4,200 miles. Mr. Mays has no complaint in regard to the clutch.
