NHC. re SpectreCodename for Phantom III Design. We attach hereto a list showing the design work that has been completed on 'S' Section of the SpectreCodename for Phantom III. We have tabulated it so that the schemes applicable to each section are easily read off. The object of this list is to provide a specification for the SpectreCodename for Phantom III engine and its accessory sections for works and Drawing Office reference. The first engine has now been nearly completed, but there are still a number of sections which come in the engine specification and are required for the installation work in the chassis.
