EAC.V1. X. 8770.

Below is a list of the work required to fit the EAC.2 engine into an existing 40/50 chassis. This is for your advance information. We expect that the majority of the items will be dealt with by designs from WW.

It will be seen that some parts of the 40/50 HP. car are to be altered, and there are small alterations on the EAC.2. engine. It seems to us it will be most useful if we could have information as to the condition of the pieces involved, that is to say, number in stock, state of finish, etc.

1. Smaller fan and lower fan centre on cyl. block. Fan pushed forward.
2. Magneto pushed forward and dynamo brush cover re-designed.
3. Support on crankcase for front brake differential.
4. Starting handle.
5. Dashboard, wings, Autovac Tank, and Klaxon.
6. Radiator - same top tank, bottom tank new to suit both engines.
7. Engine controls.
8. Exhaust pipes and front silencer with exhaust heated throttle.
9. Steering column and support, and side steering tube.
10. Oil filler and level indicator.
11. Under-pan.
12. Temperature control to the radiator and top water pipe.
13. Front cross member and engine suspension.
14. Clutch pedal.
15. Brake countershaft and clutch casing.
16. Frame drilling.
17. Starting carburetter control on instrument board.
